I was initially skeptical about these seat covers truly being a good fit. I ordered the black ones, but didn't care for the way they felt (kinda rubbery), so I returned them and got the neoprene ones - which i like the feel of much more. I watched a YouTube video that covered the installation. Really, I didn't get much from the video but it may be beneficial to some people. The hardest part to installing these seat covers was removing the lower (butt part) back seat. I had to watch a YouTube video to figure it out. It takes a 10mm socket with an extension and then you'll have to use your thumb and index finger to pull the two clips (one on the bottom of each side) toward the front seat. This will release the clip which holds the seat into place. I found that smacking the top part of the back seat (directly above the clip) repeatedly while pulling the clips forward (toward the front seat) helped a lot. Other than that, installation was pretty easy, with a start to finish time of about 90 minutes or so. There are a couple small wrinkles that I couldn't work out, but overall I'm pretty happy with them. They are seat covers and this wasn't a reapholstery job. I bought them to protect my beige seats that stain so easily. In summary: great fitting seat cover with a solid & sturdy feel for a reasonable price. Now for the true test --- time...
Great fits good both front and back seats easy to install if you are a handy! Love these glad I purchased!
We bought, EKR Custom Neoprene Car Seat Covers for Select Honda Civic Sedan. They fit nice and perfect. I felt they are a bit costly but comparatively a good purchase overall. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
The quality of the material and really nice. The front seats are a relatively easy installation. However, the back seats are a little more difficult. I wasn't able to install them as well as the first seats, however, it's good enough as I don't really have anybody that sits in the back seats that much. One thing to note was that the passenger side site was missing a strap on the bottom. It's not that big of a deal but still, there seems to be some quality control issues. I would highly recommend them as they are a good value compared to the really expensive $200 custom seat covers out there.
There are no holes to allow the seats to connect back in the secured position. The directions included to install the seat covers a almost useless and require looking up videos from multiple sources for correct installation.
