They look nice, but has bunching and folds on curved parts. its like they didn't cut the material to be sewn in a radius, and so when the material has curves, it doesn't look very good, its bunched up with folds and wrinkles, they need to learn how to properly cut and sew radius's.
Seller stated they will send me replacement pieces for the really wrinkled ones, but honestly don't expect new ones to be any different, will update if im wrong. but thought it was nice that the seller offered to replace the panels after sending pics, so good on the seller for that. will have to wait and see now how the replacement parts look. Installation is also a pain, as you have to fully remove both front and rear seats to properly fit and tighten the straps underneath. but this has to be done with all quality covers, so nothing out of the ordinary here. One Big problem i do have, is getting the rear seat buckles to pop thru seat cover.
Not sure why but i cannot get my buckles to pass thru the holes, the "socks" that are sewn into the hole makes it even more difficult, but after many many attempts, i can only get part of the buckle to show thru hole, and it sits below seat cover not thru it like it should. looks like there is a bunch of padding under that back part that keeps the buckle from going thru. Very frustrating and still have not been able to get any of the rear buckles thru the openings, neither side or center position. Also on rear head rests, the headrest release buttons have a larger diameter base than the center headrest, but the holes are not any larger, so i wa able to get the middle position installed around the release button, but was not able to get them thru for either of the rear seat positions as the hole is not large enough for the release base to pass thru. So they need to make hole larger on rear headrests.
They were a little hard to install (2 hours) but well worth the struggle. You cannot tell that they are seat covers. They are durable and very luxurious looking. Im really happy with the product.
I read some of the reviews and I decided to purchase the seat covers any way and give it a try. Omg the delivery was very quick. Next day delivery. Product was package in a large box and seat covers front and back was package together inside a large plastic bag. As soon as I separated the seat covers from the plastic bag I was met with a moldy smell, damp smell, so I decided to air product outside for a day. The box did not have water stains on it. But it definitely smelled damp. Product air out then I tried to follow the installation video for EKR seat covers for 2020 Toyota Ch-r. Im telling you NOW!!!. You Need Patience, Creativity, Ingenuity, & Time. The front seat covers were a little struggle but I did put them on within an hour. However, that back seat cover, was a complete nightmare. You will have to wiggle, jiggle, maneuver, manipulate, to get the seat covers align correctly for the seats and the head rest. It is best to remove the bottom back seat and detached the seat belt. I searched around and saw a you tube video that detached the 2020 Toyota Ch-r rear seat belt from bottom seat. Then I put on the rear back seat cover and head rest. That took a minute like 5 hours. So I call it a night and headed back out this morning to give it a try again. I decided to take the rear bottom seat and cover inside and fit it inside my house as it was raining outside. I again manipulated, jiggle, attached straps until that cover fit like a glove. Went outside and took the bottom back seat and align it up with the seat belts. Adjusting and getting those seat belts inside the inner part of the back seat was a complete nightmare. So I creatively snap, and jiggle the straps in away that I was able to use the straps to help me pull those seat belt upwards enough to be lodge inside the seat covers. Now I needed to align the bottom seat again to snap and secure in place. Because the seat covers are thicker, the original snap did not work so I use an alternative snap that work just fine. The process of putting the bottom rear seat/seat cover on took me 2 hours to install. I'm exhausted but I will say the quality of this product is good. Now for those brave hearts, I'm a women who is 56 years young. If I can figure it out on how to install these seat covers, so can everyone else. Hopefully, you can complete it much sooner. My end results is the out come looks Professionally Installed.
I have to say they are worth every single penny. If you have the patience to install them trust me, you would love the results. They are hard to install because they are tight to the body of the seats but at the end they look like the seats are originally that color en material. Well made.
I will buy them again
