Great quality, but came in damaged

I ordered custom seat covers for my Toyota Sienna, the order came two days ago and Im pretty impressed with how good they look and the excellent quality. One piece came in damaged, I contacted the seller through the chat feature on their website to request a replacement part. Ill update my product review once they contact me to share a comment on their customer service, depending on whether they take care of me or not, Ill update the review to 5 stars.
